Terms & Conditions for PRIMEPURE Monthly Giveaway Contest
By entering this PRIMEPURE Monthly Giveaway Contest ("Contest"), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which shall be binding and final on matters relating to this Contest.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to customers worldwide, except in countries where such contests are prohibited by law.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Employees of PRIMEPURE, their family members, or anyone else connected with the organization of the Contest are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
To enter, participants must:
- Follow PRIMEPURE (@primepure.official) on Instagram or TikTok.
- Tag PRIMEPURE (@primepure.official) in posts or stories featuring the use of PRIMEPURE party supplies.
Duration
Entries will be accepted starting from the first day of each month and closing on the 25th of the same month at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Prizes
Each month, one (1) winner will be reimbursed for their purchase of PRIMEPURE party supplies, subject to a maximum amount of $50 USD.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen using an online random picker tool on the 26th of each month from among all eligible entries received.
The winner will be announced and notified via Instagram post and DM on the 1st of the following month. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, PRIMEPURE reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
General Terms
The Contest and these Terms will be governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media used throughout the Contest.
Participation in the Contest constitutes consent for PRIMEPURE to use the participant's entry, name, and image for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability
PRIMEPURE is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
PRIMEPURE is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
